Agentic event sales
Agentic event sales software for hotels and venues
AirPlate AI is agentic event sales software for hotels and event venues: it prices each event RFP from the venue's own catalogue, assigns the event space, sends the contract for e-signature and requests the deposit on the venue's own Stripe account. A person confirms every outgoing action the AI assistant prepares. EU-hosted, 0% commission.
Definition
What is agentic event sales software?
Agentic event sales software does the routine work of an event sale by itself, within rules a person sets: it reads each event request, prices it, checks which space is free and prepares the next step. A person still decides what goes out. It is software that acts on a request, not only software that records it.
For a hotel or an event venue the routine work repeats with every request: dates, guest count and event type, the packages that fit, a price, a free room, a contract and a deposit. That is the work such software takes on first.
Today
What does AirPlate AI do on its own today?
Today AirPlate AI prices each request from the venue's own packages and pricing rules, assigns the smallest free event space that fits the party, checked against the venue's own bookings, and sends the contract for e-signature when the venue's sending rules allow it. These automatic steps follow rules the venue sets; no AI model decides them.
The AI assistant, in the app and on Telegram, answers questions about the venue's bookings and prepares changes, such as a new guest count or an added service. Nothing it prepares changes a booking until a person confirms it.
When no suitable space is free, or something clashes, the request waits for the venue's review instead. After the contract is signed, the deposit is requested on the venue's own Stripe account.
Control
Where does a person stay in control?
A person stays in control at three points. Every change the AI assistant prepares waits until someone confirms it. Sending or signing a contract from the Telegram assistant needs that person's PIN. And the venue countersigns each contract the client signs, unless the venue has switched on auto-sign.
Contract sending is on Manual by default: the venue sends each contract itself from the booking. A venue can switch on automatic sending by its own rules. Automatic sending has no separate approval step and no delay; the venue's control there is the countersignature, unless it switches on auto-sign.
Comparison
How is it different from a chatbot or a sales CRM?
A chatbot answers questions; it does not price a request, check a room against the venue's bookings or send a contract. A sales CRM records leads and tasks that a salesperson then works through. Agentic event sales software does the work between the request and the deposit, and leaves the decisions to the venue.
AirPlate AI does not replace a CRM, and it connects to none by default: HubSpot is available on request and Salesforce is coming soon.
