Request intake
Your own form for every event request
Planners choose the event type, date, guests, packages and add-ons on your branded form, in English or French. Each request is checked against your rules and your event spaces as it arrives.
How it works
From your form to a booking
01
Share your form
Your venue has its own branded request form at its own link. Share it by e-mail, or embed it on your website.
02
The planner chooses
Event type, date and time, number of guests, the room layout where you offer one, packages and add-ons from your catalogue, then contact details.
03
Your rules apply
A request inside your minimum notice, or for more guests than your venue can host, is refused by the form and nothing is recorded.
04
Checked against your spaces
The smallest free event space that fits the party is assigned — single rooms before room combinations, your priority list breaking ties — set-up buffers included. When a room is free and nothing clashes, the request lands in Received; otherwise it waits in Review & Send.

Good to know
What you set, and what the planner sees
English or French
Each form is in English or in French, for planners in either language.
Your venue rules
A guest count outside the event type's limits, a date in one of your closing periods or a weekday you are closed is held for your review in Review & Send instead of being answered automatically.
Add-ons per event type
An add-on can be offered only for chosen event types: the form shows it for those types only.
Every request on one timeline
Each request becomes a booking with its status, and every status change is recorded on its timeline.
Questions
Questions and answers
Which languages does the request form offer?
English and French. Each form is set to one of the two, so a planner reads your form in English or in French.
Can I put the form on my website?
Yes. Each form has its own link: embed it on your website, or share the link by e-mail and in your marketing materials.
What happens when no room is free?
The request lands in Review & Send instead of Received, and its contract is never sent automatically. The booking page shows the reason, and the client is e-mailed that availability is being reviewed, unless you have switched your automatic client e-mails off. You decide: send the contract, change the room or the date, or move the request to Lost.
Is a new request checked against my other bookings?
Yes. Each new request is checked against your own bookings: the same event space at an overlapping time, set-up buffers included. A space another booking holds at that time is not assigned; when no suitable space is free, the request waits for your review in Review & Send.
Can an add-on be offered only for some event types?
Yes. Set the add-on's event type in your catalogue: the form then shows it only for that event type, and a request that asks for it with another event type is refused.
