HubSpot is available on request: each request reaches HubSpot as a contact, a company and a deal, and later changes update that deal. Salesforce is coming soon. Until then, requests live in AirPlate AI.

Payment / Invoices

Deposits on your own Stripe account. Clients pay the deposit by card when they accept, the money goes to your own Stripe account and the payment shows in Airplate. Airplate takes no fee

The language model behind the AI assistant, the support chat and the Telegram bot's reading of messages and voice notes. Airplate uses Mistral's EU endpoint, so this processing takes place in the EU. Mistral applies zero data retention to Airplate's requests: inputs and outputs are not stored beyond generating the answer.

The AirPlate AI assistant on Telegram: /today counts today's confirmed events, new requests and requests awaiting your answer, and you can change a booking by text or voice note. Each change waits for your confirmation; sending a contract or signing also needs your PIN. Optional: the venue connects the bot.
