Stripe Payments

Deposits are collected online with Stripe Connect: each venue connects its own Stripe account through Stripe's

hosted onboarding (Settings > Integrations > Stripe > Connect Stripe, once your account is activated), and

deposits are charged on that account. Airplate does not take Stripe keys and takes no fee.

When a client signs the contract, Airplate sends them a deposit link. They pay by card on Stripe's page, the money

goes to your Stripe account, and the booking moves to Deposit Received by itself. A refund you make in your own

Stripe dashboard is recorded on the booking. Without Stripe connected, collect the deposit your usual way.

Security

Card payments are taken on Stripe's own checkout page; Airplate never receives or stores card data
