Manage your personal account and preferences.

Profile Settings

Update your personal information:

Name: Your display name
Email: Login email address
Phone: Contact number
Profile Photo: Optional avatar

Password Management

Change your password:

Go to Settings > Account

Click Change Password

Enter current password

Enter new password (min 8 characters)

Confirm new password

Click Update

Email Preferences

Control notifications:

New RFP notifications
Contract status updates
Payment alerts
Weekly summary emails
Marketing communications

Sessions

There is no screen that lists sessions or devices. To end every session of your account at once, on every device,

change your password.

Your Data

There is no self-serve full export or account deletion. To ask for access to, correction or deletion of, or a portable copy of personal data, use the privacy request form at airplate.ai/privacy-request: each request is received as a support ticket and handled manually by the Airplate team, who reply by e-mail. A per-client report (CSV or PDF) can be downloaded today from the Clients page.
