Payment Methods

Manage how you pay for your Airplate subscription.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express

Bank Transfer

• Available for annual plans
• Enterprise accounts only
• Contact sales for setup

Adding a Payment Method

Go to Settings > Subscription

Click Payment Methods

Click Add Payment Method

Enter card details

Click Save

Updating Payment Information

To update your card:

Go to Settings > Subscription

Click Payment Methods

Click Edit on existing card

Update details

Click Save

Billing Cycle

• Monthly plans: Charged on signup date each month
• Annual plans: Charged on signup date each year
• Invoices sent automatically via email

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

You'll receive email notification

Card is retried after 3 days

Service continues for 7 days

Update payment method to avoid interruption

Receipts & Invoices

Access billing history:

Go to Settings > Subscription

Click Billing History

Download any invoice as PDF
