How Contracts Are Counted
A contract is counted when:
- A proposal is sent to a client
- Regardless of whether they sign
Contracts reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Changing Plans
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades apply next billing cycle
- Prorated charges/credits applied
