Complete your Airplate account configuration to unlock all features.

Business Details

Your business profile appears on contracts and communications:

• Business Name: Your venue or company name
• Legal Entity: Official registered business name
• VAT Number: For tax compliance (if applicable)
• Address: Primary business location
• Contact Email: Where clients reach you
• Phone: Business contact number

Branding Configuration

Customize the look and feel:

• Logo: Upload PNG or SVG (recommended: 400x100px)
• Primary Color: Main brand color for buttons and highlights
• Secondary Color: Accent color for supporting elements
• Background Color: Form background color

Team Setup

Invite your team members:

- Admin: Full access to all features

- Team: Manage RFPs and create contracts

- Limited User: View-only access

Security Settings

Change your password under Settings > Change Password. Changing or resetting your password ends every session

of your account at once, on every device.

Subscription Management

Choose and manage your plan:

• View current subscription status
• Upgrade or downgrade plans
• Purchase additional contracts
• View billing history
